Hi
I had a lumpectomy nearly 3 weeks ago and am having some persistent nerve pain. I’m not a great pain relief fan but have tried paracetamol but to no avail. Any suggestions on how bay would work that is not medication based? I was wondering if warm flannels might help.
Thank you in advance x
Hi, I had the same thing down the underside of my arm from the sentinel node biopsy, following my op in November. It does eventually settle but what I found helpful was rubbing some ibuprofen gel on the underside of my arm, not on the incision site but around it. I also rolled a scarf and used it to lift my arm slightly snd wore silky/satin nightwear with no sleeves as anything touching it seemed to make it worse. Hope it doesn't last too long x
