Hi, I have recently started RT and got very stressed about breath hold. It seemed far longer to hold than I’d practised for. I’m no longer stressed because on day 4 they split the breath hold into 3 and it was so much easier to manage. I was told to ask at the beginning of each session if I could have it in 3. So this is what I’ve been doing and they don’t mind at all, in fact they fully understand. So my tip is if you have any concerns, just ask each time if you can have it in 3. Hope this helps anyone embarking in RT with breath hold concerns.
