Hi all I know my chemo will be in the next coming weeks , getting very anxious now don't know what to expect or how I will feel , have decided to have my chin length bob cut short just to really get used to shorter hair so its a step closer to the inevitable . I'm having 3 x EC 3x Doctexeral I think spelt right . Followed by radiotherapy. Can I just ask is it worth having the cold cap or does it just prolong the length of time you experience hair loss ... thanks

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. While I didn’t have the cold cap other ladies on this forum and had it and will no doubt be able to answer you4 question.
