 glad you’re feeling not too bad except the mornings and hot flushes although sounds unpleasant !, is that a se then ?  

Im having digestive  issues still , think my oesophagus is blistered or something , nurse is calling me in a bit hopefully

Hi Doria, 

im not going to say this last week or so has been a breeze but it’s not been as bad as I thought it was going to be. I’ve coped I’m not 100% but I’m not going to be for a while now. Yeh the hot flush I’ve only had the one and it floored me but worked the other way round for me super hot stripped off then drenched in cold clammy sweat. 

My sister in law was the same in regards to regulating her temp after chemo ect she eventually tested for thyroid trouble so she now on meds for that and a lot better. It’s the chemo gift that keepsn giving I get a new gift every day so far, todays gift looks like the mother of all periods .

Anyways how’s you? How did your pre op go have they given you a date?

Digestive issues the oesophagus blistering does not sound like fun I hope they come up with a soloution to help it being less sore. My digestive issues is the toilet run which I thought maybe a problem to me 16 times in a day my backside is a sore burnt mess still, had to take loperamide to calm the amount of times I was going. It helped a lot but still so sore. 

As I said to Doria every day there is something new chemos gift that keeps on giving. I’ve not been too bad on the sleeping first couple of days only a few hours but that was either the steroids or being in hospital not sure which, so I really hope that improves for you and that the sickness has calmed down. 

im having a slice of toast in a morning to help with the nausea it seems to be helping. I hope today is a better day for you.
