As loads of you know , I had my first onco appointment today
waited an hour to be seen in clinic , only to be told that he could not give me a plan because I hadn’t yet had my liver mri ( that’s tomorrow )
So I’ve got another 2 week wait !! Im pretty angry , I flagged this up two weeks ago and BCN did nothing about it
I just want a damn plan , I’ve been waiting weeks and weeks now and there’s always something thrown up !!
My sense of hope is going , I feel so desperate and alone
Love to all
L xx
Yay lovely you are home , everything is always better once home . Take it easy and rest though , glad you didn’t get too ill with COVID . I am feeling really sick this afternoon can’t even face taking an anti sickness without gagging . Hope it is better tomorrow as have next treatment tomorrow at 3 xxx
Hi Daisy been feeling quite sick all day . Wasn’t sure they would do the chemo but I’ve been blasted again . Going to make sure I take the anti sickness regularly this week and hope it is not too bad . How you doing ? Xx
Hey Harley,
It’s so good to be home in my own bed, 1st night slept 12 hours absolute bliss lol. Last couple of days I’ve felt like Eyore had to take break through anti sickness meds but I can’t function on them so now trying not to take them and I’ll ask for some different ones next time.
Sorry your feeling sick, but glad you’ve been ok to have your next treatment, hope your feeling better today and getting on top of the sickness, as there’s nothing worse so debilitating.
love & hugs

Hey L,
I’m not doing too bad, it takes me a while to function in the mornings, then I’m ok for the rest of the day. Had my first ever mega hot flush this morning had to sit down thought I was going to faint, all over skin cold and clammy took a good 5 mins before I could move, I hope they don’t happen often a bit scary horrible.
How you doing lovely, are you managing the symptoms ok. Xx
love & hugs

Hi Pocket, I´m glad to read you´re back home and hope that the Covid isn´t bringing you down too much on top of everything else?!
Oh yes, hot flushes - they´re a joy, aren´t they! Do you go from feeling cold/goosebumpy to then getting really hot? I´ve found that happens to me quite a lot. I think my body temp has forgotten how to regulate itself, at least for the time being!
