Hello
I've just been diagnosed with invasive ductal cancer grade 3 triple negative I'm so scared is anyone going through the same?
Thanks Claud , can't believe I'm going again. I'm worried about my veins they having a bashing I can only use one arm and couldn't have a picc now as I'm prone to clots. Too many needles being stuck in my arm. Don't know how I will cope with the fatigue it's the worst part for me so far hopefully it can keep the sickness under control again. It's so hard . Hope you doing ok?

Hi rhiwbina, wishing you well for tomorrow, your strength is amazing, you can do this. We are all with you every step. Love and hugs xxx
You are strong rhiwbina, can I ask how much has yr hair grown. I am fine, my next chemo is 3rd December xxx
Hi
Think just two more rounds left! Then it will become better. Line up help during those fatigue days, don't feel you cannot rely on others. Speak to onco nurse.
I am so scared too and have to seek comfort off onco nurse today as it's impacting my mental well being. It's anticipation of the unknown!
Baby steps...arm with some light breathing exercise, may be candy crush can distract you, put on a movie and veg out on sofa all snugged??
I too am thinking what to actually help me and may try to work one day a week too so that I got motivation to keep going!
When I see the news, so many things are so horrible, missing persons, boat capsized, now avian flu! So I avoid the news. I cry just thinking how hard some families are having it.
So, we must try our best for ourselves n be grateful and take things to our stride!
(((Big hugs))) will be thinking and praying all will be OK tomorrow. Just talk to us here OK when you're down...n we will try lift you up best we can

Don't worry about the boat capsizing. It is Boris who has blood on his hands. I wrote to my M.P. about this, weeks ago, still no response. It was bound to happen. Gov. has done nothing - all words no action.
Yes agree with you VL but nothing being done . Gov don't care about the pandemic so they will never care about people risking life on the sea. So sad X
Their inaction is causing lives loss! I wish they would see that.
