Hello
I've just been diagnosed with invasive ductal cancer grade 3 triple negative I'm so scared is anyone going through the same?
Definitely lovely and cheering ! We are also quite obsessed with Bakewell tarts too, my husband says that the cherry isn't always in the middle - at least they all have one plonked on somewhere though....I love them.
Love Bakewrll tarts too...I will try and make pear tarte tatin tomorrow!! Partner was asking what I would like for Christmas, just weird asking for mastectomy Bras and Wig lol
Itching big time tonight. Argh!!

The very first thing I asked my husband for when I first was aware of having cancer was a wig. I knew nothing at all about breast cancer at the time. He was the person who told me when I was very upset about having to have a mastectomy that there must be companies who were in the business of making decent mastectomy bras. He looked them up as I refused to believe (being distraught and shocked at the prospect) there could be nice and also comfortable ones - but there are of course - lots..
Hello everyone , hope you are all doing ok . I have had a great appointment with my oncologist. I poured out how worried about the CT results I was and how I felt like it was the end of the line for me. She checked to see if they were back and they weren’t . But she s look at my MRI and told me something that the others had not told me that my lymph nodes were clear . She said it would be pretty unusual for it to have spread with clear lymph nodes . The second but of good news was the change of drug from dozetaxel to weekly PC which is apparently much kinder I was dreading the change .
love to you all Harley bear on a high now xxxx
Hi harleybear I wish I could give you a great big happy cuddles. That is such good news. Its also helped me, reinforced what was said to me, cuz you do question it. My lymph nodes was clear on my mri, and in histology to. And I keep thinking the worst sometimes, even thou my lump gas been removed. Like she said so unusual for it to have spread with clear lymph nodes I am seeing my consultant next week. So so pleased for you. Let's do this now harleybear, and remember we are all meeting up and celebrating, love and hugs xxxxz
