Hello
I've just been diagnosed with invasive ductal cancer grade 3 triple negative I'm so scared is anyone going through the same?
Oh ok , sounds like the same group though . Strange how it is all different the way they plan treatment xx
Hi Harleybear, so good to see you are a feeling a lot more positive today.....yes the 8/9 days before the next chemo you feel so much better, so it you fancy a little break go for it....I know we used to go out for a meal during that time just to try to feel as if we were still in the real world. My taste buds were just recovering then too....Docetaxel is a strong chemo drug, but although it doesn;t feel like it at the time, it is your friend fighting the fight for you.... ...it got rid of all the cancer in my right breast......you are doing great......xxxxx
(Docetaxol was originally made from the needles of the European Yew tree...it is now made synthetically)....
If you feel up to it definitely go away for a few days, the break will no doubt do you both good. xxx
Will know more on Friday ...getting lots of tingles, I may have overdone it with washing the bathroom! Feeling it a bit now. But still...one must soldier on.
Thanks for the brief at least I know what to expect... rest well key xxx
