Well I've gone back to work , 3 months off operation on 4 may new course of radiation treatment started 8 July for 5 days with weekend off. All done no problems. Side effects took 2weeks to appear consisting of red rash like sunburn, plenty of E45 cream,worst bit under arm . Otherwise all's going well. Always chat with your cancer nurse if in any doubt
Hi, 5 weeks down the line from mastectomy, results all clear….but now waiting to hear whether chemo will be beneficial, so the anxiety continues!

Hang on in there I'm sure you should know something pretty soon it's just the waiting around that drives you mad X
I'm ok I started radiotherapy on the 4 August
I'm on my last day of treatment tomorrow I'm really gonna miss the teams that have been treating me there all such lovely people
And the chats
Just trying to cope with the side effects
I'm so tired sore and in pain I'm gonna go and nap till dinner time
