I have been newly diagnosed with breast cancer after a routine mammogram. After two biopsies, an MRI scan and injection I had a lumpectomy and sentinel node biopsy on Wednesday and been told the results will be 3 - 4 weeks which seems a long time to wait?
Everything has been a whirlwind as I had just started a new job (2 weeks) and I am only now taking things in and that's why I've decided to join this forum and talk to people in the same situation.
How long has anyone else had to wait for their post surgery results?
