Loss of taste

I didn't have chemo. so I can't help with you query - sorry.  But I'm just 'bumping' your post in case any of the ladies who've endured chemo can give you an answer.

I had chemo and finished my last session early September and also found that through the last 3 treatments my taste buds changed . I am still finding that I still have a metallic taste and food still doesn’t taste as it did . Not sure how long this lasts and I suppose it’s different for  everyone x 

Thanks for the reply, guess I’ll just have to wait it out. Fingers crossed Christmas dinner will be ok!
