Hi CBRY,
I decided to have my ovaries removed as I was diagnosed at 41 and I really didn’t want monthly zoladex injections for 10 years. I could sleep fine with it, but I do like sleeping!
I had the operation last November and it was very straightforward. I walked to theatre at 5:30pm, left the hospital at 8pm the same day. Really quick recovery and two little scars which are fading. That was before Covid blighted our lives though...
Good luck with what you decide,
Sarah x
