Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has had both a mastectomy and full nephrectomy in the same operation? I have Stage 3 HER2 positive bc and have completed chemotherapy but have been told that I need a mastectomy before radiotherapy. I also have Stage 1 Renal Cell Carcinoma and the Kidney surgeon has suggested having both operations at once...I would be interested to hear your thoughts and experiences! Thank you, Fiona

I relied to your post on the kidney cancer page saying that unfortunately I hadn't been able to find any previous posts which mention having a mastectomy and nephrectomy at the same time. I'll tag this group's Community Champion GRANNY59 in to my reply in case she can help you further
