Hi - I have developed a huge stomach since taking aromatose inhibitor and I'm dieting and trying to exercise but that awful belly persists. I saw an advert for inulin being good for busting belly fat. Is it ok to take this please?
Hi I see no one has replied yet and although I’m not taking Anastrazole, I think the sensible thing to do would be to check with your GP, Oncologist or Breast Care nurse! Or possibly the Pharmacist if they are available to chat too.
Taking any kind of tablet whether medicinal or natural is worth checking out! The last thing you would want is for the Anastrazole drug that you are taking to be affected in any way!
Good Luck with everything. It would be great if you could post on here when you have the information. As I am sure there will be others who would be interested in the answer you receive! Take care Hun. Sal xx
I can’t answer your question directly, as it’s always best to check with your breast care nurse/pharmacist/consultant on any drugs you want to add into the mix.
I have taken up cycling to help with the bloating and that mostly helps with keeping it under control for me.
Hi Tinkers60,
Glad to find your post as I'm suffering too with the stomach appearance. Have always been fairly slim and it feels a bit like an alien! I have been on Anastrazole for nearly 7 months and am wondering how much bigger it will get over 5 years. Exercise not simple as I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Is there any progress on your front?
