Hi, I am new here and not sure what to say. I was diagnosed with stage 3 TNBC in June last year. I have had chemotherapy, radiotherapy and a lumpectomy done in February. I am currently still having the immunotherapy and I am having 5 sessions every 6 weeks. I have recently had my 3rd treatment but the aches in my body seem to be getting worse the more I try and do things at home and I have an uncomfortable feeling in my armpit plus in my side at night/morning. I do admit I didn't always do my exercises after surgery and now I am worried I have late effects because of this.
