Hello to All.
I am finally coming to terms with my diagnosis and spread to other parts of my body. I am also equally grateful to Jehovah for some recovery in parts it had first spread to.
There's hope and there's healing too.
Cheers to all my fellow warriors! We are enough!
Hi Mama Liberia
I'm glad you've had some good news on treatments and wish you well in your recovery.
You sound very positive xx
I started treatment in late October 2023 with the first 6 cycles of chemotherapy. Lost all my hair and it started growing back in March. When I had further metastatic spread, I started radiotherapy and have recently lost all the hair again. But I'm unfazed. I'm sure I look great with my new bald look. i am going to attend my first look good ,feel good workshop soon and i will finally learn how to use an eyebrow pencil. Hahaha....!
Hi I went to a look good feel good session. The girls were brilliant at demonstrating and getting you to practice under their watchful eye. The group of women I was with were at different stages in recovery. I thoroughly enjoyed my morning and you get a bag of freebies creams and makeup. They are very generous.
Enjoy your session xx
Oh my! I am certainly looking forward to the session.
Enjoy it helped me to feel normal for a morning xx
