Just wanted to say hello and thanks in advance for all the help and support I feel I will find on this site. Having been diagnosed with lobular breast cancer back in February, fortunately picked up early from a routine mammogram, I have my lumpectomy surgery coming up this Tuesday. I have already been put on letrozole, which was how I found this forum. I was trying to work out which of the weird symptoms are normal. At 63 I have already gone through menopause, so was a bit disheartened to find the hot flushes are back! And now I have read something about avoiding grapefruit juice? Anyone know what that’s about? Not that it’s a particular favourite but it would be just like me to suddenly get a craving now!

Hi Vonny, great to hear you're doing well, I've managed the arm exercises and a short walk today so can't complain. Slept in a bra and managed to change to a fresh one so feeling secure and supported.
My team were lovely and very reassuring so that was good. My follow up is 2 weeks tomorrow
