Hi and thank you to everyone who replied to me last night. I phoned the hospital this morning and they saw me at 12 o’clock today. I took my daughter ( who is a student physio) and was told I have stage 2 breast cancer. We don’t know any other details yet apart that I’ll haver surgery within 2 weeks then radiotherapy for 1-3 weeks. Surprisingly I feel much calmer tonight now I know what I’m facing so hopefully will get some sleep

I think so but I have other complex anaesthetic risks so not sure yet but I’m hoping I can get home the same day

I felt some relief when I knew what was going on I’m still stressed but definitely sleeping a bit better and feel calmer. Good luck with your treatment
