hi I had been cancer free for 10 years but at the end of jan 21a few cells where found in my annual scan . I have had surgery and am now having chemo. It’s wiped me out completely. I feel much worse than the last chemo I had 10 years ago. Any tips to give me an energy boast ?
Hi how awful to have the cancer come back but at least the surgery is behind you now. My biggest fear is that mine will return especially after I stop taking hormone blocking meds.
The best place to get chemo advice is on the April chemo thread which you will find in the diagnosis and treatment section. I didn’t need chemo so can’t offer any advice but there will be lots of advice on the past and current chemo threads.
Hope you get some advice that helps you.
Wishing you all the best x
