I have been on letrazole for almost 2 years. In the last 6 months I have found hair loss in the form of a bald patch at my crown. On nurses advice I am using alpecin shampoo and taking some natural remedy tablets. Does anyone have any other advice/hints please

No advice from me unfortunately (I'm on Anastrozole but not experienced any hair loss), but I'm 'bumping' your question back to the top of page one in the hope that someone can help if they're around at the moment.
If however, you don't get an answer as they might all be out enjoying the bank holiday, you could try a new title. Letrozole and Hair Loss. I automatically thought when reading the title that this may be chemo related, but it was only when I looked at your question that I realised it was in relation to the side effects of Letrozole. Those ladies on Letrozole will be ER+ and many wouldn't have needed chemo if it hadn't spread etc, so they may not even open your question to see it's in relation to the side effect of Letrozole.
