Hi everybody,  just want to say hello. I was lucky enough to get my cancer picked up by a routine mammogram. Hadn't felt a thing. Everything is happening so quickly it's scary. :-(

  • Hello Beajay, welcome to our page , we so many of us in here with no symptoms and some of us just very lucky to be picked in early stage. Good luck with your treatment plan , keep in touch x

  • Hi Beajay, I was the same - got a patch of tinted skin on my left breast checked out my GP nurse - no lumps, bumps or pain - in 3 months I had biopsies, surgery and diagnosis of intermediate DCIS. Today will be day 3 of radiotherapy. Yes, scary how quickly it can all happen, but also utterly marvellous... and how wonderful that yours got picked up by a routine mammogram... proof that the system works. I joined for support with the emotions that come with the territory. How are you doing in that space? Best of luck with your treatment xx
