Breast cancer I start my chemo tommrow feeling anxious anyone just starting there treatment
Hello. I have just finished chemo. You can do it!! My advice, take everything one day at a time. Be kind to yourself, be active if and when you can and rest and be kind to yourself when you need to. Always tell your team if you are struggling, they will help. There’s lots they can do for any side effects. You don’t need to suffer. I had terrible digestive problems and they gave me meds to sort it. Then I had a terrible reaction to one session of chemo so they altered the drugs. So nothing is set in stone. Keep the dialogue with your team.
and good luck. You will all be fine. You can get through this
