I just wanted to put a special thank you to all of you for being here and posting and supporting me and others.  in the midst of my initial diagnosis I felt completely lost and terrified and this was the place where I came to search for information, ask questions and get advice.  There is no doubt that the cancer services and nurses are amazing and I am so grateful to be here in the UK where the services are so good, but there is nothing like getting advice from others who have lived the journey, especially in the middle of the night when you can't sleep and you are just desperate for information.

I finished active treatment last year and got an all clear at my last scan, I know I have to keep going with the checkups and it will be a few years before I get the final all clear, but I am not thinking about that now, I am 1 year clear and I am celebrating and living and doing everything that I have been putting off for years.

I genuinely have no idea what I would have done without this site, for me personally it saved my sanity.

Thanks all, sending lots of love and hugs to all of you in the midst of it all and hoping for positive outcomes for us all.
