My wife found a new lump in her collar bone lymph nodes just prior to Xmas was confirmed in ct scan but no further mets I don't know if this is classed as local or not.
Was told it was inoperable ? was then put directly onto trodelvy finished second round today.
What I am asking is why inoperable if anyone knows and also is trodelvy indefinite, she seems to be coping well so far fatigue and constipation being her only side effects any feedback is more than welcome
Her first chemo had no effect and she is tnbc
A very worried husband
