Hi all, I know there is a separate group for this but I think I've just got myself confused looking at it. So, I just wondered if anyone had any recommendations for travel insurance companies after having breast cancer? We want to book a holiday to America and I have finished with active treatment. I will just be taking tamoxifen. It'll be less than a year since my treatment finished though. Thanks. X

  • Hi

we had annual travel insurance throughout Nationwide account. We just had to pay an extra premium. They’ll need to know treatment received and dates and also wanted confirmation that no treatment was declined. X

  • Hi  , we also have insurance through my husband’s Nationwide account and pay an extra premium because I’ve had cancer. A company often mentioned here is Insurancewith, and I’ve also read that it’s best to phone companies rather than do it online. Hope you get it sorted. I went to Bali 6 months after my radiotherapy finished. I’m still on Anastrozole. Love and hugs, HFxx

  • Try Insurance with.
Online you need to fill in a form. My annual cover is cheaper than my husband’s who had a stent fitted 2years ago.
