Any suggestions for post operation shape wear shorts or bras please following a TUG flap reconstruction please?

M&S do a three large hook and eye front fastener bra. You can order online and it will be VAT free. I have post surgery bras but mine a crop top back fastening following my lumpectomy x

I'm not too bad, thank you. It's manageable with painkillers. I hope they have something you find comfortable. X

Hi, my surgeon recommended https://www.lipoelastic.co.uk/ as they do bras and shapeware and other post surgery compression items. I’m 5 days post diep recon and have one of their bras and so far so good but they are pricey so I got a couple of the m&s ones too and they’ve also been really comfortable if not quite so compressional. X

I had a diep reconstruction so slightly different but I bought the cancer research bras which the nurses liked because they could easily undo the shoulder strap to access to listen with the doppler. I also bought cycling shorts, a size too big from sports direct and they worked well for compression.
