Hi,
I was just wondering, has anyone else experienced extremely red, itchy, dry skin on their face and around their eyes/eyelids?
This is just one of the lovely side effects that has developed after 4 rounds of Paclitaxel (previously 4 rounds of EC) and I'm very quickly going insane and just want to itch/rip my face off!
Doctor in oncology today didn't have any ideas, only prescribed me some hydrocortisone cream for my face - but not to put it on my eyelids. Currently I'm taking antihistamines, washing face 2-3 times a day and using cocoa butter on the dryness on my eyes. Sadly it's not really helping, the only relief is when I dowse my face in water.
I'm just looking for any remedies that worked for anyone else? The rash I have elsewhere I can deal with, but my face is truly on fire and I don't even want to leave the house looking like this
