Going crazy waiting on Oncotype score

Hello. Due to a whole catalogue of errors I’ve been waiting just over 4 weeks for my results. I’m expecting it to be another 2 weeks. It’s agonising.

The sample didn’t get sent - twice. I’ve asked the hospital to do a review to make sure nobody else has to endure such a long wait. 

the bags under my eyes are horrendous! 

im sure yours will be back within the week. I think up to two weeks is fairly normal. Hope it’s a good (low) score for you 

Hi should I check that it’s actually gone how did you go about that ? 

Do you no how it compares to predict score ? I’m going absolutely insane as I find this wait worst than original wait for diagnosis 

I rang and chased my oncologists assistant (the oncologist was on holiday and the assistant is, I believe, new, hence the delays). 

Right ok I sent a email to check a few days after discussion the assistant said that oncologist has ordered it but that was weds 14 th sep we had the bank holiday so that would delay for me , is it 2 weeks wait once it’s there so I’m assuming a week or 10 days to get there then the wait for the test is that what you think or am I wrong ? X

I can remember my wait well & really feel your pain, mine was delayed in Customs I was told between UK & USA, it's so hard waiting, it doesn't matter what anyone tells you it just feels crazy ! 

I paid £3k for the test but still delayed !

Aww kitty thank you so much for reply how long did you wait in total ? I’m going crazy and I mean crazy can’t calm down sleep eat much just in a state never was in this state on diagnosis so don’t no where it’s come from all of a sudden xx
