Hi I've just been diagnosed with cancer after having a mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy for a lump in my breast. I was told by the consultant that there was an slight spot in my lymph nodes and I am now waiting for the results of the biopsy to determine what type I have.
This is such a scary time and I'm trying to be positive. How did you all cope at this stage?
Hi to you both Haney and Bensmum,I think you are in the worst time, waiting, but,we all go through the waiting,it,s horrible,we have no control over the outcome at this stage, but,we do and can control how we think,.my advice is,try not to worry at this point, just carry on as normally S you can, very important to stay positive,so look after your heads, leave the rest to the experts.O e step at a time, keep smiling,it might not be that bad.xxxx
Do let us know your outcome, best wishes and fingers crossed x
