Hi all
Totally confused what is her neg or something
Hmm. You asked a similar question on the other forum, but this one is different in that HR and HER are not the same thing so now I am not sure which one you are asking about. HER2, which I am guessing is the one you are asking about, is a protein that in some cancers plays a role. If it does, it is "HER2 positive." If it does not, it is "HER2 negative." That tells the doctors what treatments can or cannot be beneficial.
Linking back to what I said in the other forum, there are different hormone receptors, and HER2 is one of them.
