Not exactly oozing but I did have some weirdness with the stitches... I think they were disolvable ones but (sorry for gross image coming up) one or two of them seemed to come out through my skin a little after several weeks, and then fell off on their own. There was the teensiest amount of pus and I've had no problems in the 5 months since then.
Do give your breast care nurses a call. It's important your wound heals up nicely and it may be nothing to worry about, but it's exactly the sort of thing nurses want to be hearing about so don't hesitate.
