2weeks into 4th session, I have sore feet, I hate having anything wrong with my feet. They are really tender to walk on, any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Please talk to your doctor or nurse and check all is well. I made this error and when I did discuss it, the damage was permanent. Most of the time the problem will sort itself but don't wait to get advice.
