Hi there
I had my first round of chemo on the 11th March. I was admitted to hospital on the 18th as I had developed 3 clots on the lung. I am now on anticoagulant to break down said clots and hopefully prevent any further from forming.
I am a bit worried that more will form.
Just wondering if anyone had experienced anything similar?
I wasn’t aware that cancer and having chemo increases risk of clots forming. I am a 40 year old, so quite young to have had them.
