Hello, i was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer and secondary ovarian cancer. The ovarian cancer is causing me to have ascites in my abdomen. Has anyone else had ascites and how are you dealing with it, many thanks x
Hi and a warm welcome to the forum (but apologies if you’re not new, I don’t remember seeing your name before but my memory is far from sharp!). Sorry you have a double whammy with both breast and ovarian cancer.
I haven’t had experience of ascites but I’ve heard it mentioned here so I’m sure someone will pop in before long. You could also try posting in the Ask a Nurse section and also in the Secondary Breast Cancer group.
