Well. Welcome to this thread.
You may be surprised why it is here or happy it is here. Then again: ‘You have got to be joking! Do you know what is wrong with me?’ may be your response.
This all began on the Extreme Fatigue thread. On there several people wanted and needed inspiration/incentive to get out and walk. Many people see the benefits of it in their life and to help on this; mad journey, train ride, rollercoaster ride and other positively rude words journey called Breast Cancer.
It is not a thread created to make anyone feel less than they do at present. It is not a thread that will set people against one another. Being competitive with yourself or a simple challenge to yourself is the point, but not a race against others is a key premis.
The idea is that you can do any of these or none:
Well here goes.
Either it will grow and blossom, with lots of lovely people benefiting. Or I will have egg all over my face – not for the first time in my chequered life and career.
Leolady – may be adding in the odd gallop to my walks.
PS if you don't like us don't be cruel.
Love the pics ...
Youll be kept busy with Stanley moomy
Ive been to yoga, out for walks, done a bit of wiifit but yet to get back to Tai Chi. I need to be disciplined and do some yoga at home as doing small amounts and often is much better than an hours session once a week ... that’ll be my goal...

Hi all, love the chuckies , must be lovely having fresh eggs! Have managed a few walks this week, usual trek to next town and back on Tuesday, then Nordic walking and a later local walk today. The autumn colours are gorgeous at the moment and haven't got drenched yet, though apparently rain is on its way.....

Hope people have been able to get out a bit in this fine weather, before it takes a turn for the worse! Love to all, HFxx
What a grey day!
waited till this afternoon for the weather to decide if it was going to give us a dry spell, since it decided to I took Stanley-dog for a walk!
just over 2 miles walked......no photo as we were busy walking!

Catching up again! warning about scam noted. It is sad to think there are so many about these days.
Also was interested to read reference to tap shoes of course! Our teacher years ago (who has always joined us when she can) has been teaching a new dance. Too much spring and travel for me so I stand by the radiator.
swimming has been lovely these last three weeks I have a young girl (instructor) in the water with me which gives me more confidence to know exactly where I am and therefore I can do a bit more.
It is always so interesting to read all your posts.
