Well. Welcome to this thread.
You may be surprised why it is here or happy it is here. Then again: ‘You have got to be joking! Do you know what is wrong with me?’ may be your response.
This all began on the Extreme Fatigue thread. On there several people wanted and needed inspiration/incentive to get out and walk. Many people see the benefits of it in their life and to help on this; mad journey, train ride, rollercoaster ride and other positively rude words journey called Breast Cancer.
It is not a thread created to make anyone feel less than they do at present. It is not a thread that will set people against one another. Being competitive with yourself or a simple challenge to yourself is the point, but not a race against others is a key premis.
The idea is that you can do any of these or none:
Well here goes.
Either it will grow and blossom, with lots of lovely people benefiting. Or I will have egg all over my face – not for the first time in my chequered life and career.
Leolady – may be adding in the odd gallop to my walks.
PS if you don't like us don't be cruel.
A mile a day is great moomy , I know you did longer walks pre op but slow and steady is good (which I know you know!). Lovely teasels! I think!
Went to Ely last week with a dear friend. Beautiful day, sunshine and autumn colours. Xxx

This mornings pre-breakfast walk (a mile again) shows some trees have shed all their leaves, some still have quite a canopy left.

Hi Flossie25 and Sabrina22 , we talked about a possible London meet up a while ago. I’m going to be in London on Monday 25th November for a plant-based cookery session at Future Dreams House in Kings Cross, at 12pm. If either of you (or anyone else of course!) is interested, there seem to be places available. I’ll try to attach the link and will also attach a couple of screenshots re the session, if I can. Would be lovely to meet up but I know it’s short notice. Would also happily meet after the workshop if better. Xx
Nope can’t post link! Just Google future dreams and check out workshop on 25th Nov. Xx

Just noticed all the trees at differing angles…

HappyFeet1 sorry, I won’t be able to get to London on 25th. I’ve actually just had a weekend down there, meeting up with friends over from India. Wouldn’t have managed to fit any other catch ups whilst down at that time. Hopefully we will catch up sometime.

Good walk today and it didn’t feel too cold with some sun out.
