So in   5 days time I have the operation to remove the tumour - randomly known as Ian.

Why in the last few days have I become incredibly tired and emotional ??
Did anyone else feel the same?

I would love those flowers for real

Ladies thank you for all your lovely posts, I still keep getting watery eyes. Must be pollen from those flowers

just watched my youngest play hockey on a very sunny but very windy pitch. My luck did not rub off. But it was pure delight to watch her, her battle with the eating disorder is looking like a thing of the past as well

Right wine and fizz chilling. Steaks bought. Bring on Strictly

Sending you massive congratulations, so very pleased for you.  I can only imagine how the waiting has been for you.

I am 12 months (today) since operation. I have an annual check-up and mammogram in two weeks - it such a scarey feeling.

Plus, felt so down today - yet, I thought I'd be in a good place mentally - but no, quiet the opposite.

Again, so pleased for you - massive well done xxxxx

I'm hoping this makes sense - only my mind says one thing and my fingers type whatever they like x

I know exactly how you feel, plus my illness, just felt I was being pushed back into the poop

  • Leolady56 - Yes we are all approaching the Nastiversary and I hope you had a few glasses to celebrate the good news!! I wish mine would hurry up as for the past week I've had a mild muscular ache inbetween my shoulder blades which of course I'm thinking is the nasty returning and then stressing like a lunatic making it worse! Well I've now got a bone scan arranged for next Friday to know for sure which I know il give myself scanxiety! arrrgh this poop is a right pain literally but hoping all will be ok as is with you! Xx

Very sorry to hear you’ve some pain at the moment. I’ve just been reading some guidance about exercise after breast cancer treatment. It prompts me to suggest you look at what exercise you are doing. Some stretches post exercise might also be to blame.

Apologies for sounding know all but guidance has helped me to moderate what I do and take more care. I hope that helps

Best wishes for good news after the bone scan.
