So in 5 days time I have the operation to remove the tumour - randomly known as Ian.

Why in the last few days have I become incredibly tired and emotional ??

Did anyone else feel the same?

Word for word. Plus 'Ian that bastard tumour and his mates have been incinerated'. This is a quote from an official NHS letter so I should not be put on the naughty step for using bad words.

Just changed got my earwigs muddled up with my owls.
