Hi...catching  up on all posts

Brrrrrr its fffrreeeezin here...horizontal snow, wind, hail etc. Snow varies between ankle n knee deep.

I am shattered even though not done much today. Took my man to GPs this morning and saw three different people about his diabetes that is WAAAY out of control. Then we walked or battled through weather to his new place to sort out meters. On hold on phone for an hour and then during long call got cut off! Despite them having contact number they didn't ring us. Back to being in queue forever before giving  up.

I scraped up my change and treat us to chip shop tea. Can't wait for his benefit to come through : ) of course he needs to furnish new place but landlord being very helpful... already installed new cooker as other one wouldn't clean up! 

My man has been snoring on sofa for 2 hours...must be shock of sugar ban : )

Gentle hugs for those in need. Glass fusion activity cancelled in morn due to snow so maybe I will get around to posting pics.

Oh while I remember...if you have had an unprofessional counseling session please, please report it. Counselors undergo a lot of training but a session may not work due to a mismatch between you and the counselor. This is a legitimate but not emphasised enough situation in which it is perfectly acceptable to request another, rather than to assume counseling or that particular style of counseling isn't for you. If the session hasn't worked because professional boundaries weren't clear, or the counselor lacked appropriate skills with which to create a safe situation in which to open up and importantly close the session in way in which you didn't feel like the lid was still off... then this needs addressing ASAP  as people may be seriously affected by the poor service or at best reject counselling and miss out on an extremely valuable tool.

Don't worry seaspirit44, I send him with his coat, hat, scarf and gloves oh and his little wellies! Plus a packed lunch, although he's allowed a little treat if you are having one! Oh and a spare set of pants, JUST IN CASE!!
