Good your place is uphill Lacomtekp and stay safe in stormy weather. Rather cold here, and I think we have another week of this weather. Wrapped up it was ok out walking yesterday. We had some snow too but not too much. I think it’s another degree colder today ️

Sounds the same as here Leelaloo Getting a taxi sounds sensible if you don’t want to drive. Less stress. Really should go to supermarket today but keep putting it off. Don’t think it’s getting above freezing today.

Morning on this cold but sunny day. We went to the supermarket yesterday. Back roads icy after the snow, which is still evident, but main roads ok. Going to be the same today. According to the app it’s -3 right now. Stay safe when out and about.

I've had a night of 0 sleep
It's 5:30, I may as well get up. I honestly can't believe I thought I would be sleeping all the time. I have the opposite problem. To anyone else awake now, you aren't alone x
Sorry to hear you have had a rough night. Really hope you are able to get a nap in at some point today! Totally understand that feeling when you go to bed and just can’t sleep! I went to bed at 11, managed to sleep until about 2 when I woke with acid reflux and have been lying here awake since then!!
Not sure if there is a reason for your inability to sleep? I’m sorry I don’t know anything about where you are with diagnosis/treatment etc! So not sure what if anything to suggest! Although what I will say is we have ALL been there at some point in our journey….hence the reason I started this thread!
Sending best wishes your way and hope you can get through today and then enjoy a lovely nights sleep tonight, fingers and toes firmly crossed! Sal xxxx
I was awake for a couple of hours at least. The steroids after chemo play havoc. I got up and made hot chocolate eventually. It’s like my brain is spinning in my head and it keeps bumping on the skull. Headache starts and nothing shifts it. Trouble is I can’t do much without disturbing OH and he’s in a different bedroom. I catch up during the day he’s not as lucky.
I hope you have a better night Embuffy.
