Hi Tired Minion (Lorna) I was on this drug for about two years I think. I was put on it as I had a permanently dislocated jaw and it was very painful. I was waiting for an op on it. To tell you the truth when I started taking it I felt awful, It does say can cause suicidal thoughts and I did have some. I felt better after a while but not great. I did wean myself off them slowly when I had my op. I hope it helps you and mayble she has given you low dose. Good luck.

It's 2.30 and I'm awake again. I've been told today I have triple negative BC stage 3. So this is a different type to the previous times. BC nurse suspects it will be chemo before surgery. I've everything ready laid out on the spare bed ready to take into hospital!
I'm still in a state of shock. I just assumed I was in for the same rollercoaster ride as last time but I think this ride is going to be considerably more scary. I had come to accept the loss of my boobs but not sure how I'll feel about losing my hair. I wear it short and according to my mum, after a breach birth, I have a nice shaped head but I would rather not find out.
I'm amazed how much information I was given over the phone but it should make my results appointment easier to follow. However it does mean more waiting, this time for the results of MRI and CT scans and as we all know waiting is the hardest part.
Naturally I've indulged in retail therapy I could be bankrupt by the time this is over, but a handbag big enough to take my Kindle, a flask and a snack is obviously needed. Maybe I should buy shares in Next.
Let's see if anyone else is awake! Pixie dust is required.
Three times! What did I do?
So, so sorry Silverberg , such a lot for you to take in and deal with!
im also sorry nobody was around when you posted. There are some who had TN, and I’m sure they will be here to support you.

Starting on 10mg and see how I go for 2 weeks. If room for improvement then i can double up but told it can take a while to kick in. Saw doc thurs and still waiting for chemist to message me to say it's in so not even started yet! Thanks for the info.
Hope it goes ok for you Tired Minion and you find it helps.
Silverberg I hope the news hasn’t left you totally reeling? I wonder if Lacomtekp can help as I think she had TN? And by tagging her name I think she might get a nudge when she pops onto the site.

Hi Moomy. I've been emailing Lacomtekp daily for the past 6 years. I've been to see her twice. Yes she did have TN and has reassured me and given me lots of advice already. It is reassuring to know she's been through the same thing and is now well.
I've slept from about 10 until 5.00 which is amazing. Aqua fit boot camp today so I will sleep tonight.
Have a good day.
