AWAKE.........

Thank you all for your support and suggestions.  I was thinking having a commode in the house would be a good idea. I think the pharmacy will sell them but I might try the charity warehouse for something prettier later.....or Amazon....? 

The NHS can loan disability aids like commode. Won't be fashionable but worth exploring.

 Lacomtekp , hope you can find a way of getting something over there in France. You can’t go on with getting up that often as you need your rest too.

In other news, I have been asked to sing the alto part of a quartet with the soloists in Elijah, with my current choir, and 2 solos with my previous choir.  Must practice! Xx
