These fellow fruit loops have been such a support to me since I was diagnosed. A huge THANK YOU to LondonLass for coming up with such a fabulous idea!

Grogg  and   shocked to near about the state of the care industry. I remember seeing elder abuse in care homes when I was working, but it seems much worse now. X

Happy 6th Anniversary Awake Thread and LP. It’s great that it’s been going for so long and that it’s helped so many people. 

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in my right breast three weeks ago and I’m having a lumpectomy next Wednesday.

 Daisy53 Welcome to the Fruit Loops! Hopefully next weeks lumpectomy will go well and you will be Cancer free before you know it!!

Make sure you allow yourself time to heal physically and mentally! Start the exercises you are given as soon as you are able, as it really does help to keep that arm/shoulder moving!!

I shall decide which is best, using my family and the Winner/Winners will be sent a small prize (if you are happy to let me have your address!

So sorry to hear you’re going through this again Daisy53 .  Good luck on Wednesday & best wishes for a speedy recovery.

So very sorry, Daisy53 , be kind to yourself but as soon as you are able, do those shoulder exercises as per the booklet!
