Grogg No no no …. playing with old pc’s at bed time …. Unless you are doing it alone … my hubby used to wake at 4 am and leave the house for work at 7.20 am !!! I would drift in and out of sleep. The news would somehow be on repeat…. then Opera in the bathroom … not any more. I have my own room now and sometimes a get a good night’s sleep xxxJ
Hello everyone, thanks for all the suggestions. My husband is working until the early hours again as it is month end accounts for the dmfactory. I have told him he is not coming into the bedroom after 11.30 pm so he will have to sleep in the spare room. I've not made up the bed in the guest room anyway!
I shall let you know if I get a proper night's sleep!
I am shattered from another 10 hour work day. I had my appraisal which seemed to go well and I have started my new role which although really tiring I am enjoying.
Good luck with your new role and getting some sleep :) What is it in btw?
Grogg I am inclined to believe your daughter I too have no filter when woken up. I’ve told my partner to ignore anything I say till I am fully awake
On a weird note couldn’t sleep but couldn’t concentrate to post on the thread either. Fuzz.
Glad appraisal went well Mag123 but these 10 hour days must be taking their toll. Glad you have told hubby to use spare room I did this years ago because of his snoring, now of course I’m permanently downstairs.
I hope you get some sleep lovely xx
Yes we too slept in different rooms for some years, hubs snored and had incredibly bad restless leg syndrome do we slept in single beds years ago anyway, but his snoring plus as a diabetic (not always well controlled) his need for the loo was often and he worried about waking me. So he noved into the room next to the bathroom…..didn’t stop cuddles!
Hugs xxx
Moomy
Seeing as I can't roll over onto my side for a cuddle we might as well be in separate beds! I am relishing a good night's sleep tonight.
Brian69 I am a lawyer. I am training the legal teams who do the legal work reviewing a property title when someone is buying a house.
Santababy I hope you are managing to get some sleep downstairs.
I sleep really well downstairs Mag123 , my rise/recline chair allows me to be in a laid back comfy position, if I could do the stairs I would be most uncomfortable lying in a bed, it’s like going for CT or MRI they have to position pillows at various points as lying flat is just so painful. Sleep tight tonight, looking forward to hearing what a dream filled night you had tomorrow xx
