Oh I’m glad that’s over, took over an hour in the most uncomfortable positions, I’m unable to lie on my side properly anymore and of course that’s what they needed to do, home now and after an extra dose of morphine I’m hoping to catch a nap.
Looking foreword to hearing what nice things everyone has been doing today xx
Was nearly a victim of a scam on my phone last night. Got a text ‘hello mum’ assumed from my daughter, saying her phone had gone down the toilet, and the bank has frozen her account due to too many access attempts on her temp phone. I was just going out so asked her to phone later. Got more texts asking for £1829.40, and what bank was it coming from. I have to say that she has asked me for , money before, so I was fooled at the start, but soon became suspicious. Reported to,Action Fraud after got home, after ringing granddaughter and son in law to,check all was well.
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
How awful, glad you cottoned on, what a strange amount to ask for .
So many would fall for these scams, these people are awful taking advantage of people xx
Oh so glad you didn’t get fooled seaspirit44, that one is a classic!
Scammers are such low-life and should be caught and thrown in prison and the key thrown away!
Today I made some cup cakes and a Bara Brith (there’s a coffee morning tomorrow) and then son popped in bringing his lunch, we had a sandwich together as I hadn’t realised it was that late! I’d been busy. I’ve gone through my wardrobe ready for the next charity bag to arrive! And then I did more proof reading as well as getting a box ready for the Cash cow company again. This time with some worthwhile stuff too, plus lots of old coins. hubs smoked years and years ago (before we even met) and kept his collection of pipes! They take them, so there is a box filling up, with them at the bottom.
Then I suddenly realised I was getting hungry again and it was almost 5.30pm!
Hugs xxx

Hi Santababy, sorry I’m behind in reading posts today.
Totally understand the echo issues, I had one a few months back. Absolute pain, as it was in my previously treated left breast (sensitivity). You have so much more to deal with, but you’re always so positive.
Sending you big hugs. xx
