  • Hi,nice to read some other posts on here…particularly liked walking into the cupboard by mistake Muscle tone1JoyJoyJoyJoyRoflRoflRoflRofl (oooos May…be….too many laughter emojis (reconstructs expression). We should be able to Police our own signs….It has to be said…often we need a good old belly laugh,it is good for us in many ways.I am going to do a lil study on this as it has made me a bit cross….(Degree Level )altho never had a degree….

…I too was watching the queue and the interviews.I couldn’t sleep,(big emotional day)and peeked online at the live pics of the queues just to see….and yes there they were, such trogons!I have also been thinking…there must be a better way to see Her late Majesty….and I thought of like at the deli counter when you get tickets and can wander off until your ticket comes up.Some of the queue rules sound a little draconian with all due respect….you aren’t allowed to take a seat, sleeping bag, etc…what about little old ladies like me?The very reson I can’t go is cos I can’t get to the other side of town if my leg hurts, let alone stand rigid for 6plus hours.

yes, let’s get sensible To Whom It May Concern….besides which, the dangers to health for people a little older or more vulnerable are too numerous to mention..DVTs ,etc.

I will write again in a bit,as my posts get too long…sorry about that.

    have a nice day..

oh!I meant to say to  sometimes I “save”my post and then if it gets lost I can “paste”it back in situ,Love Violetsniff xx

  • Hi

our grandaughter is able to go to a specific place in queue area to get a timed slot because she is diagnosed with muscular problems and unable to stand for long periods .
So when she arrives there she will be given a time be it  2/4 hrs  , she can go and return at given time .

  • so over the moon at your result Heart️

Sorry not been on but I’ve been feeling rather poorly, your amazing LP has been such a great help, little bit more than he expected.

Hes been holding my hand while tears flowed, rubbing my back while being sick, keeping me comfy in the middle of the night when I just can’t sleep with the pain.

He is missing you too and I told him he could go home but has reassured me that you can feel his love and wants to stay, I think it’s the constant ice lollies which is all I seem to be able to stomach.

I have started on morphine today so I am hoping once this gets in the system I will manage much better.

Huge hugs to everyone, I’m afraid I don’t have the energy to read everyone’s posts xxxx

  • I really hope the pain settles soon. Sadly I believe it’s normal for the treatment to cause more pain before things can settle. But they will Hun! Just make sure you keep taking regular pain meds. Don’t stop them until you really feel things have settled!
There are so many different drugs to try, so if one doesn’t work then try another. Ask your hospital if they have a pain management specialist, it was the best thing I ever did. After years of pain, she helped me find a cocktail of drugs that suited me!

In the meantime, snuggle up with LP. And accept a Hug from me and all the Fruit Loops…..
