ps I feel LP should have his own thread! I feel a book deal coming on…..
Au contraire Blackadder. I've always enjoyed your posts and you've always been a big help to me as we've gone through similar experiences and we feel each other's pain !
Hiya peeps,
Hope all are having a good a weekend as possible. Im another who is 6 years past treatment so should say goodbye, but you get caught up in other people's stories and care what happens.

50 mins left of a shift left, was on a day off and got a call to say a nurse had tested positive for covid and could I come in. Was on way to daughters for lunch. So quick lunch and rolled in here to find other nurse full of a cold so she went at 4.30 after doing her meds. So here I am roll on 8pm.
Here is a couple of pics taken yesterday, this is the posh side of Pendle where Lord and Lady Clitheroe have their estate. I live on the rough industrial side if the hill.
Here you go....
Beautiful, Snowys Mum, and I bet your side is equally attractive!
Hope the shift isn’t too onerous

I have finally got joiner in to build a shelter over side decking . Something I decided last Xmas day when we were on other sunny decking ,thanks to covid ,for brunch and pressie giving .
we enjoyed the change of routine but thought if covid flares again we needed a shelter from elements with enough space

Night everyone sleep well
Northerner The new shelter looks nice and whether Covid returns to need it or not, it will certainly be useful to sit out on days you need protection.
There’s nothing like being a Fruit Loop. I’m not on as much as I used to be but I still like to keep up with everyone.
Lovely pics Snowys Mum S*ds Law going in for that extra shift ... Good news moomy about MRI results. Hope your BIL does well Northerner .
OH back home last week after 2 months, getting over jet lag and getting acclimatised. Luckily the weather has been so good although I know it won’t last much longer.
Have as good a day as possible everyone xx
