AWAKE.........

Owww I have to agree with GodWilling... Northerneryour posts are brilliant..... my thoughts have grown a jungle of weeds and tangled ivy - if only I could get one thing done and completed at a time... not move on to not finish something else or be pulled into another direction.  I even think of it like I h ave the Devil after me, for all the good I try to do he is behind me trying to make me fall ..... fall into his ways arrrrghhhh.

Grogg- The secret place is the 'The Room' .... but it was that secret I couldn't find it - I wanted to post about my family.... and in fear that they may come on here 'looking out for me' hahahaha hmmmm I don't think that is really going to happen - unless they do realise that I come on here and write arrrghhhh. 

I was really hurt by a throw away comment by my a 'in-law- - so trying to change this haha 'in case' and you know, I still don't think I can actually write down what was said because I have me 'little ways that I can't do or say things 'in case' - so that was me waffling on and no one understanding arrrgh .... sorry!!

Finally had my 1st vaccination on Monday.... touch wood, all okay 'so far' xxxx

Hi all.  I think I might be an “awake” stalker as I read it all but don’t very often comment!   I only come here for the one reason rally AWAKE. Been up since 4 am after third round of EC.  I love the garden and seeds and weeds post and will be dreaming weed killer tonight to see if that helps with at least seven hours which I aspire, to but think unlikely till I finish this course and the next!!  And now th clock so have gone forward I is not even light and so the dawn chorus are not with me yet! 

Hello Gwenniepennie. Like you I read but don’t often post. Like you I have been awake since before 4.  Just could not get back to sleep, so got up and made a cup of tea at 5.15.  Now listening to Radio 4 and the bird song outside.  My sleep pattern does not seem to have returned to normal since finishing EC a month ago.  Still I can usually manage 4 hours at a stretch, so not too bad.

LondonLass Sorry to hear you have had even more loaded on your plate.  But hope they give you treatment that will help you feel better now they know what the problem is.  Lovely doggie picture, looking so relaxed in the sunshine.

The beautiful weather enticed me back on to the river again.  A friend was off work so we paddled about 5k, rather slower than usual, but I was pleased to have done it.  So good the nice weather came just as the Boathouse at the canoe club reopened. 

Enjoy the sunshine today everyone, as I think it is going to get cold again soon!

I did manage to get 3 bits of sleep (love your garden pic, Northerner, very apt) and texted hubs who said he slept lots. Now to wait for rounds....

Morning all. Thank you for all the lovely support. I know the results weren’t the end of the world and yes I know I will cope with any tests or appointments that arise from it. It’s just so bloody frustrating and actually unexpected....sounds stupid I know! But after getting good news that the ulcers had healed I sort of assumed that the biopsies would show all clear like last time, so I hadn’t been thinking about it. So yesterday’s letter was a bit of a shock! But never mind! I’ll know more about the plan in July. Hopefully it’ll just be another Gastroscopy in a few years! I hope 

Anyway just wanted to wish seaspirit44 all the best for your appt today. I hope you have managed to set up the computer okay. LP is a whizz with computers so he’ll be there to help shortly......

Hope it goes well and he behaves  He has a bag load of snacks which HE brought back from the hospital. He’s been popping in each evening to check on Mr moomy or at least that’s what he says he’s doing, but I think he might be ransacking the hospital wards for treats!! He says the nurses and patients give them to him..... but who knows! Admittedly we all know how charming he can be!

Some good news for my parents yesterday. Our GP surgery has received their next stock of Pfizer Vaccination so mum had a call asking if they could go in tomorrow for their second Jab!! Which is about 2 wks earlier than they were expecting. So that’s great news.

I’ve just managed to complete the final bit in hubs’ Christmas present! Sons bought him an incredibly complex Technical LandRoverDefender kit, it had one bit missing but Lego have a really good delivery service (bar Covid slowdowns!) and will post in any missing piece. It was fiddly as it had to be done post-assembly but it just needed long fingers! It was the headrests of rear seats assembly.
