 sorry you didn’t receive the news you were hoping for. Sadly the one thing you have to get used to on this journey is to expect the unexpected. Things can change, but the important thing to remember is that your team is working towards one important end goal and that’s to make you Cancer Free! There may be some big and some little bumps along the way, but they’ll do their best to get you there! So just keep that end goal in mind.

One question you could ask your surgeon depending on whether they are male or female is.... If it was your Wife, Daughter, Sister sitting here now what would you suggest they opt for? Just to see if that pushes them to give you a better idea of which option would be better! 
Also just something else to think about and ask! IF you opted for the lumpectomy and they didn’t get clear margins (sorry but it is a possibility) would they then still require to do a mastectomy?

Whatever choice you make Hun,, has to be the right one for you based on all the information you can get. Definitely worth having a proper chat with your BCN as she’ll have all the information! I hope you are able to come to a decision that you are at peace with! I’m sure once you have chance to process what had been said you’ll begin to calm down. It was unexpected news yesterday, which is always a shock!

GodWilling I have a VERY excited GUINEA PIG here! Sorry but he asked me to make it clear he was a Guinea Pig and NOT a hamster!! He’s looking forward to spending some time with you, possibly because you mentioned the magic word TREATS!

Its an ongoing lockdown project Violetsniff so no rush  Main bedroom so large wardrobe and king bed . Therefore half of room done now furniture to move and rest to do . Wallpaper stripped off ,lining paper on walls and now painted Magnolia very restful . One wall left for feature paper . Once the room is decorated I'm then going to make decision whether to paint pine wardrobes.
