Soooo glad to hear you’re getting through this, Londonmumof2 as you did have me very concerned! I’ve heard of the gut problems with it, but being an asthmatic worries me most I think.

Meet Clarabel 

I took her out for a little paddle today.  Only 4k, but it's a start.  Good to be on the water again.

Then I made Christmas cards for the residents of the home I was working in til my surgery.  Going to deliver them tomorrow.   

Productive day. Tired now. Should sleep well.
